I'm Pat, a real estate broker of 30+ years, a loving Mom, Grandmom, and a part-time resident of PuntaCana. I’d love to have you stay in our our villa rental in Punta Cana.
It is ideal for groups of 4- 12 people who love to spend time together but also like the privacy of their own bedroom suite with private bathroom.. You’ll love our place with it's 3 very large furnished balconies, which provide separate gathering spots that work wonderfully for small or large groups to hang out separately or all together. At our villa, you will enjoy beautiful views of the community pool backed by lush tropical gardens, It is a short 3 minute walk to the beach through our private gated-community. there are 20+ restaurants that are within an easy walking distance both on and off the water.

you have the availability of a private chef, extra cleaning services, a private driver to take you from airport to the villa or anywhere else you want anytime and a community repair crew just in case it is needed.

We want you to have a wonderful vacation. To help you achieve this, I wrote a 50 page hospitality book which explains everything you need to know about the house. the pool, the beach, the community, the local restaurants, and excursions.
